Meeting Details

Dates: September 9-1, 2025

Venue: Battelle Headquarters, 505 King Ave, Columbus, OH 43201 (campus map)

Travel: Please visit the Travel & Safety page, if you need more information on hotel recommendations and airport.

Transportation:

The Battlelle campus is under a 1-mile walk (15-mins) from the from the recommended hotel, Aloft Columbus University District. Rideshare services (Uber, Lyft, etc.) are available in the Columbus area. .  

Campus Parking:

Parking is available on the Battelle campus.

Dress Code:

The dress code for the event is business casual. 

What to bring: 

  • Laptop or tablet with charger 

  • Refillable water bottle & coffee mug: Refillable water stations available onsite. 

  • Umbrella or raincoat (rain is predicted)

Registration: 

Badges can be picked up starting on Tuesday, September 9 at 9:00 AM. The registration desk will be set up in Battelle's main lobby. Please drop your badge off at registration if you will not be returning so we can reuse it for a future event.

  • Attendee List - The attendee list is of participants who offered their consent to be included.

Meals
  • Breakfast - A light breakfast will be served with refreshments on both days.
  • Lunch - A full lunch will be served with refreshments on all days.
  • Receptions - Receptions available on Monday at Battelle and Tuesday at CAS. A shuttle will be available from CAS to the Aloft Columbus University District hotel.

About: You will take a walking tour of Battelle's history!

To attend this tour, you must have signed up during the registration process. 

Time: Tuesday September 9 at 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM

Location: Meet in the lobby of Battelle's main building located at 505 King Ave, Columbus, OH 43201. Please arrive 15-mins early in order to register first.

Health & Safety Guidelines

Change Chemistry is committed to doing its part to protect the health and welfare of our staff, participants, and their families.  We will continue to monitor community transmission levels related to disease outbreak precautions.

COVID-19 is still circulating. As our event is taking place at Nike, our precautions will defer to their policies. At this time, there are no specific COVID-related requirements associated with attending the Symposium. Please continue to take thoughtful public health precautions to protect yourself and fellow attendees:

    • Please travel with a COVID-19 test. If you feel unwell at any point ahead of or during the Roundtable, please test for COVID and if positive, do not attend.
    • Please follow all CDC guidelines if you were sick with or were exposed to COVID in the days prior to the Roundtable.
    • Some attendees will wear masks during the Roundtable based on concerns for their health or that of their families. Please respect their decision to continue masking in public places.
    • If you did test positive while attending the Roundtable, please alert planners by contacting Jennifer Landry so attendees can be alerted.
