Venue Details
Venue: Battelle Headquarters, 505 King Ave, Columbus, OH (Google Map)
Registration: Badge pick-up will begin on Tuesday, September 9. Attendees joining the tour may pick up their badges starting at 10:45 AM. For all other attendees, badge pick-up will open at 11:30 AM. The registration desk will be located in Battelle’s main lobby. Please keep your badge with you at all times during the event, and return it to the registration desk if you will not be returning, as badges will be reused for future events.
At registration:
- U.S. attendees must present a government-issued photo ID.
- International attendees must present a valid passport.
- All attendees are required to sign a visitor agreement.
At the conference:
- Battelle visitor badge must be worn and visible at all times while inside the building.
- Photography and videography are prohibited throughout the duration of the event.
- Private rooms will be available for calls or meetings.
- Luggage storage will be available on Thursday.
WIFI Access:
Attendees will be able to connect to Battelle’s wireless visitor network with provided credentials. There will be a dedicated username and password for attendees that will be good for all 3 days. There will be signage in the main conference room with this information.
Travel, Transportation & Parking
Travel: Please visit the Travel & Safety page, if you need more information on hotel recommendations and airport.
Transportation: The Battlelle campus is under a 1-mile walk (15-mins) from the recommended hotel, Aloft Columbus University District located at 1295 Olentangy River Rd, Columbus, OH.
Services such as Uber, Lyft, etc. are available in the Columbus area.
Parking at Battelle: Visitor parking is available outside the main entrance of Battelle.

Meals & Receptions
- Breakfast - A light breakfast will be served with refreshments on Wednesday and Thursday.
- Lunch - A full lunch will be served with refreshments on all days.
- Receptions - A welcome reception will be held on Monday at Battelle and an evening reception on Tuesday at CAS.
Battelle Tour Information
About: You will take a walking tour of Battelle's history!
To attend this tour, you must have signed up during the registration process.
Start Time: Tuesday, September 9 at 11:00 AM
Location: Meet in the lobby of Battelle's main building located at 505 King Ave, Columbus, OH. Please arrive 15-mins early in order to register first.

Shuttle Service Available:
Please note that CAS is not within walking distance from Battelle. Shuttle service will be provided to transport attendees to the evening reception at CAS and back to the Aloft Columbus University District hotel. The shuttle can stop back at Battelle if needed, please let a Change Chemistry staff member ahead of time if is this needed.
Visitor Parking at CAS:
You may park by the front door where visitor parking is indicated, along the drive where there is a pink line, or in the staff parking. If you park in staff parking, do not park in any spaces marked with a number. These are reserved parking spaces. Please stop at the security booth as you drive in.
