Umama Mahmud, M.Sc.

Umama manages events, evaluates programs and helps the organization reach its goals. To advance and accomplish the mission of Change Chemistry she employs data driven decisions and collaboration. Umama has 5 years experience in higher education where she managed academic support programs in higher education specific to STEM. She worked closely with students and faculty to plan, evaluate, and assess academic resources. In addition, she also served as an instructor for General Chemistry. Umama has a masters in Chemistry from DePaul University; and a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
