Understanding Evolving European Chemicals Policies - Part 3
This year, the UMass Lowell Sustainable Chemistry Catalyst and Change Chemistry are holding a webinar series to act as translators and connectors for information and questions on EU chemicals policy reforms, prepare U.S. stakeholders for pending EU policy developments and build bridges between U.S. and European counterparts.
Following on from Parts 1 and 2, we are once again happy to be joined by Jan Ahlskog, to present Part 3. This session will do a deep dive into the much discussed Safe and Sustainable by Design Framework. It will also explore implications of chemicals policies on other key current and upcoming European legislation such as the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (including the Digital Product Passport), the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and more.
